Dr. Stuart Dorsey is six months into his new position as President of Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas. He comes to us from Redlens College in California. During his time, Redlens grew from 1400 students (TLU's size now) to over 2,000 students. Dr. Dorsey talks about TLU's strategic plan and vision.
